You’re Invited to Curtis Byrd’s Campaign Kickoff Party!

Today, I am asking for your support as we launch our campaign for Santa Rosa City Council 2014! As a candidate for the City Council, I have the desire to be part of something giving rise to the power of community collaboration. Cities become prosperous and generate sustainable living wage jobs through innovation when governments, educational institutions, businesses and the community at-large work together toward economic vitality. It is my belief that open government fosters transparency and accountability of information, which contributes to innovative ideas and creates a shared direction that translates into economic vitality.

As a native Santa Rosan, I will work toward making a difference to benefit our entire community. I understand the diverse needs of Santa Rosa and will continue my commitment to the work that lies ahead. As an experienced leader and a longtime resident of Santa Rosa, I am prepared to make the tough budget decisions to create sustainable jobs, improve our roads, green up our parks, support the annexation of Roseland, provide clean power to ratepayers, and clean up code violations.

But, I can’t accomplish any of this without you lending a helping hand! Please consider getting involved. Here is how you can help:
